Quick answers to questions we often get about our design process.
What are my design options?
There are two ways to build your kit:
Sublimation: No limits on design. Colours, patterns, logos, sponsors, names and numbers are all printed into the fabric, so they won’t crack, peel or fade. Ideal if you want something completely unique to your club.
Classy cut & sew: A traditional look built from panels of coloured fabric in a set range of constructions. Great for a timeless style, such as a heritage rugby jersey or a classic polo.
Not sure which suits you? We can talk you through both.
Do you accept AI-generated designs?
Yes, we’re happy to work from AI concepts. Just keep in mind we can’t recreate them exactly. AI image tools don’t account for how a garment is actually built, so details like seams, panels, collars and print placement often won’t translate directly to a real kit. Our design team will use your concept as the starting point and get as close to your vision as possible, while making sure the final kit looks great and performs on the field.
Can I change my design after sign-off?
Unfortunately not. Once your design is signed off and your order is confirmed, it goes straight into production, so we’re unable to make any further changes. That’s why we recommend checking every detail carefully (names, numbers, sizes, logos and colours) before you sign off.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your design is signed off, your order goes straight into production. Please allow 6–8 weeks from sign-off for delivery.
