Can I talk to someone in person or over the phone?
Absolutely. At Paladin, we pride ourselves on picking up the phone.
You can also visit one of our offices to meet the team and talk through designs and orders in person.
How long will it take for someone to get back to me?
We aim to get back to all design and order enquiries within 2 working days, and often sooner.
I can't find my club's store, who do I contact?
If you can’t find your club’s store using the search or on our ‘Find your club’ page, it’s likely either closed or set to private.
Stores close once the sale deadline has passed. For private stores, your best bet is to contact your club directly, as they can share the link with you.
Unfortunately we can’t share private store links ourselves, as we’re unable to confirm club membership.
Do you charge for designs?
No, our design process is completely free. That means there’s no pressure to limit your feedback rounds, so we can get every detail right and capture your club’s story. We want you to wear the final design with pride.
