COVID SHIPPING DELAYS

Due to the Sydney Covid Lockdown we are experiencing slight shipping delays. 

Please note our team are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have any questions in regards to your order please reach out - shop@paladinsports.com

OK - we get it. You have made your purchase and need us to get it to you quick sticks!

We have teamed up with Australia's leading shipping platform (Shippit) to make sure we get this right for you.

Delivery Charges.

We calculate your charges in realtime based on;

  • Destination
  • Weight

This charge is then shown to you prior to checkout. Just so we are all on the same page.

Delivery Timeframe - Stock Items

Where you have ordered a stock item (located in our warehouse) we aim to dispatch these within 48 hours.

Our pick up days with Australia post are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. 

All orders are sent via eParcel and will be received in 3 - 5 business days of dispatch.

Where you have selected Express Post, your order will be received within 2-3 business days.

Please note: during Christmas we do experience a longer delivery window.

Deliveries to regional or rural areas may take longer than stated 2 - 3 business days.

Delivery Timeframe - PRE-ORDER SHOPS

For orders that are placed via a Pre-Order Shop, the process is exactly the same as above EXCEPT we have to manufacture the items first.

This typically takes 6 weeks, after which we pick and pack your order.

Dispatch Notifications

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an  email notification from Shippit with tracking details. 

Paladin cannot amend delivery location or redirect your order after it has been dispatched. 

Signature is NOT required on delivery. If you require signature on delivery then please email our team. Delivery options can be updated with Australia Post directly also.
