If the product you have purchased from Paladin Sports via our online shop is faulty, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
Change of Size for Pre-Order Items
Please note that all items purchased from online pre-order stores are custom made. Once an online store order window has closed and orders are sent into production, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items. Please check the size guide to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
Pre-order items will take approximately 6 weeks to manufacture, and approximately another week to ship to you. Please factor this in when placing your orders.
Change of Size for Stock Items
Paladin will exchange items which are the wrong size, and which have been purchased from an online stock store. Return postage to our warehouse is to be paid by the purchaser and items must be sent back:

Please allow up to 10 days from date of return, for your return to be processed.
All refunds will be processed through a secure payment gateway and via the original method of payment. It can take an additional 1 -2 days for the refund to be made into your account by your financial institution. You will receive email notification as soon as your refund has been completed. We will refund the original cost of shipping where the goods are faulty or incorrectly sent.
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please note that any orders placed via a PRE-ORDER window cannot be altered in any way once the Order Window has been closed. At this stage all items ordered during that window are in production.
